Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

You Might Be Wondering...
Here are answers to common questions about taking the first step.
What happens after I submit this form?
I'll respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days (usually sooner). We can exchange a few messages if you have questions, or we can schedule your free 15-minute consultation right away. You're in control of the pace.
Is this consultation really free?
Yes. The 15-minute consultation is completely free with no obligation. It's a chance for us to talk about what you're experiencing, how therapy might help, and whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure to move forward if it doesn't feel right.
What if I'm not ready to commit?
That's completely fine. Many women reach out while they're still exploring whether therapy is right for them. You can ask questions, learn more about my approach, and take all the time you need to decide. There's no pressure at any stage.
Can I request a specific time?
Yes. When you reach out, let me know what times work best for you, and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule. Virtual therapy offers more flexibility than traditional office hours.
You Deserve a Safe Place to Reach Out
Reaching out is a caring step toward feeling more supported. Whether you want to schedule a free consultation or simply ask a question, I’m here to help. This is a calm, judgment-free space, and I’ll respond as soon as I can.
